- Manage the procurement of production consumables, ensuring adherence to contractual and pricing terms and evolving them as necessary.
- Facilitate annual meetings with suppliers to maintain and develop relationships.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop packaging solutions that meet internal client demands.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, including financial health, CSR policies, and quality assurance.
- Participate in supplier consultations and referencing in collaboration with the Buyer or Purchasing Manager.
- Conduct supplier sourcing, including financial analysis and evaluation questionnaires.
- Assist in drafting consultation dossiers and analyzing offers through qualitative and financial assessments.
- Participate in supplier presentations and negotiations.
- Consolidate selection dossiers and draft contracts.
- Support contract deployment, including implementation tracking and communication.
- Enhance procurement databases with cost and regulatory information.
- Draft standard contracts, consultation dossiers, and procedural documents.
- Monitor corrective actions identified during supplier audits.
- Update supplier database with regulatory elements.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program specializing in Procurement, seeking an apprenticeship or end-of-study internship.
- Proficiency with numerical data and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated rigor, efficiency, autonomy, and organizational skills to manage priorities and urgencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills to adapt to a demanding environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier sites.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in Procurement is essential.
