- Assist the IT & Telephony Buyer in executing primary purchasing tasks.
- Participate in the deployment of the General Services Purchasing policy across Hermès Group in France.
- Engage in supplier consultations and referencing.
- Aid in supplier sourcing, including financial data collection and evaluation questionnaires.
- Support the drafting of consultation documents.
- Contribute to offer analysis, including qualitative and financial assessments.
- Participate in supplier presentations and negotiations.
- Assist in consolidating selection dossiers and contract drafting.
- Contribute to contract deployment and communication.
- Support the management of the Purchasing department and supplier relationships.
- Monitor and update performance indicators.
- Participate in the enhancement of purchasing management tools.
- Assist in the collection of legal documents in compliance with Sapin II Law.
- Contribute to information archiving and sharing across departments.
- Engage in cross-functional service projects and support project communication and deployment.
- Enrollment in a business school with a specialization in Purchasing.
- Meticulousness, efficiency, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and emergencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capability.
- Numerical proficiency and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
No prior experience required, though familiarity with purchasing processes is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in business with a focus on Purchasing.
