Hermès Jewelry Retail Operations Assistant

- Manage Hermès Bijouterie Joaillerie logistics for relevant subsidiaries.
- Oversee inventory of exceptional pieces.
- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, including physical reception and tool verification.
- Liaise with the logistics center for stock management organization.
- Coordinate stock for commercial animation.
- Contribute to and create sales support tools, including internal tools for subsidiary events, sales ritual support, and tutorials.
- Participate in boutique sales ritual training.
- Assist in deploying new projects to train retail teams and animate sales spaces, requiring a digital affinity.
- Manage logistics of exceptional pieces for commercial animation.
- Support project managers.
- Monitor international training performance and analyze data.
- Contribute to the Ambassador Community project.
- Develop training content and co-create digital tools for sales teams.
- Track and analyze product training.
- Manage logistics of the training kit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Digital proficiency and affinity.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation.
Previous experience in retail operations or logistics is advantageous.
