Jewelry Identity Manager

1. Support the growth of the jewelry division while maintaining its unique identity.
2. Develop and share the Identity Roadmap within the team.
3. Participate in the creation of a 3-year strategy for Hermès Jewelry Identity.
4. Plan and coordinate global communication projects with Hermès International teams.
5. Manage a team of 7, including 3 direct project managers.
6. Coordinate service actions to meet identified challenges and prioritize tasks.
7. Contribute to quarterly performance reviews and implement concise monthly reporting.
8. Participate in monthly meetings with Hermès International Communication teams.
9. Manage the IDM budget with project managers.
10. Coordinate and oversee jewelry events, ensuring alignment with Hermès' goals.
11. Develop and validate content for internal and external use with agencies and partners.
12. Plan and lead digital project meetings with Hermès international e-Retail.
13. Manage internal content autonomously, ensuring artistic direction and quality.
14. Ensure the quality of jewelry presentations for press and events.

1. Minimum of 8 years of significant experience in communication and/or image.
2. Experience in direct and cross-functional management.
3. Strong strategic vision and operational rigor.
4. Interest and culture in image.
5. Excellent relational skills and adaptability.
6. Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
