Hermès Jewelry Brand Identity Manager

- Guide the development of the jewelry division while maintaining its unique identity.
- Develop and share the Brand Identity roadmap with the team.
- Contribute to the three-year strategic plan for Hermès Jewelry Identity.
- Plan and coordinate global communication projects in collaboration with Hermès International.
- Manage a team of seven, including direct management of three project managers.
- Coordinate service actions to meet identified challenges and prioritize topics.
- Implement a concise monthly reporting tool with key performance indicators.
- Oversee the budget with project managers.
- Participate in defining ambitions for jewelry events and coordinate launches.
- Develop internal and external content in collaboration with agencies and partners.
- Plan and lead monthly meetings with Hermès International e-Retail.
- Ensure the quality presentation of jewelry during events.
- Manage internal content autonomously and validate artistic direction for collections.
- Maintain a constant creative and image watch to ensure a contemporary vision.
- Ensure the quality of presentations and validate jewelry selections for press and events.
- Minimum of 8 years of significant experience in communication and/or image management.
- Experience in direct and cross-functional management.
- Strategic vision and operational rigor.
