1. Assist the IT Talent Acquisition Specialist in operational recruitment tasks.
2. Manage recruitment processes for interns and apprentices, with potential involvement in permanent hires.
3. Post job advertisements on employment sites and partner schools.
4. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
5. Actively participate in sourcing candidates.
6. Foster trust and act as a liaison between candidates and managers in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
7. Conduct pre-qualifications and support managers in decision-making.
8. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.
9. Engage in cross-functional projects, including employer branding and event organization.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) with prior internship experience in a corporate setting.
2. Demonstrated interest in HR and recruitment.
3. Proficient in English, with the ability to use it in various recruitment phases.
4. Comfortable with IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Curiosity and interest in the Digital sector; prior IT experience is advantageous.
