1. Ensure IT governance by maintaining the optimal functioning of systems within designated regions.
2. Lead a quarterly IT committee to coordinate and monitor regional IT projects.
3. Support subsidiary audits and conduct IT infrastructure performance evaluations, providing recommendations.
4. Deliver regular reports to management or the PMO for a consolidated 360° view.
5. Communicate key updates, statuses, and alerts to subsidiary and HSI management.
6. Monitor incidents and service requests with the support team and group IT tools.
7. Facilitate a bi-monthly follow-up committee to ensure transparency and support efficiency.
8. Generate monthly reports on key performance indicators.
9. Assist in the deployment of local or group-decided IT implementations, including configuration and testing.
10. Communicate local needs and challenges to group teams.
11. Propose system and process improvements considering local challenges and subsidiary interests.
12. Manage a roadmap to address specific needs, particularly for retail locations.
13. Oversee IT projects led by subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with group directives.

1. 7 years of experience in a multi-site environment.
2. Experience in IT project management (store openings/closures, relocations, migrations).
3. Knowledge of the retail sector is preferred.
4. International experience or experience abroad is valued.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in project management or IT.
2. Proven experience in project management.
3. Interest in retail and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
4. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
5. Proactive, responsive, and rigorous in adhering to procedures and deadlines.
6. Strong service orientation and operational focus, especially in managing business emergencies.
7. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
8. Adaptability, communication, and user needs analysis skills.

A minimum of 7 years in a multi-site environment with a focus on IT project management and international exposure.

Master's degree or equivalent in project management or IT.
