Hermès IT Retail Coordinator

- Ensure IT governance by maintaining the optimal functioning of systems within designated regions.
- Lead a quarterly IT committee to coordinate and monitor regional IT projects.
- Support subsidiary audits and conduct IT infrastructure performance evaluations, providing recommendations.
- Deliver regular reports to management or the PMO for a consolidated 360° view.
- Communicate key updates, statuses, and alerts to subsidiary and HSI management.
- Monitor incidents and service requests with the support team and group IT tools.
- Facilitate a bi-monthly follow-up committee to ensure transparency and support efficiency.
- Generate monthly reports on key performance indicators.
- Assist in the deployment of local or group-decided IT implementations, including configuration and testing.
- Communicate local needs and challenges to group teams.
- Propose system and process improvements considering local challenges and subsidiary interests.
- Manage a roadmap to address specific needs, particularly for retail locations.
- Oversee IT projects led by subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with group directives.
- 7 years of experience in a multi-site environment.
- Experience in IT project management (store openings/closures, relocations, migrations).
- Knowledge of the retail sector is preferred.
- International experience or experience abroad is valued.
- Master's degree or equivalent in project management or IT.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Interest in retail and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Proactive, responsive, and rigorous in adhering to procedures and deadlines.
- Strong service orientation and operational focus, especially in managing business emergencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability, communication, and user needs analysis skills.
A minimum of 7 years in a multi-site environment with a focus on IT project management and international exposure.
Master's degree or equivalent in project management or IT.
