Hermès IT Retail Coordinator

- Ensure IT governance and the proper functioning of systems within assigned regions.
- Lead a quarterly IT committee for coordination and monitoring of regional IT projects.
- Support subsidiary audits and evaluate IT infrastructure performance, providing recommendations.
- Provide regular reporting to management or PMO for a consolidated 360° view.
- Communicate key updates, statuses, and alerts to subsidiary and HSI management.
- Monitor incidents and service requests with the support team and group IT tools.
- Lead a bi-monthly follow-up committee to ensure transparency and support efficiency.
- Produce a monthly report of key performance indicators.
- Support local or group-decided IT deployments, including implementation, monitoring, configuration, and testing.
- Communicate needs and challenges to group teams.
- Propose improvements to existing systems and processes considering local challenges and subsidiary interests.
- Manage a roadmap to effectively address specific needs, particularly for retail locations.
- Oversee IT projects led by the subsidiary, ensuring compliance with group directives.
- Master's degree or equivalent in project management or IT systems.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Interest in retail and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Proactive, reactive, and rigorous in adhering to procedures and deadlines.
- Strong service orientation and operational focus, especially in managing business emergencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt, communicate, and analyze user needs.
- Fluency in French and English, essential for all written and oral communications.
- Knowledge of a third language such as Chinese is a plus.
7 years of experience in a multi-site environment. Experience in IT project management (store openings/closures, relocations, migrations) is required. Retail sector knowledge is preferred. International experience or experience abroad is valued.
Master's degree or equivalent in project management or IT systems.
