Hermès IT Project Manager - Manufacturing

- Oversee manufacturing IT projects within the Fabrication Division, managing timelines, budgets, progress, and deliverables.
- Maintain and enhance expertise in manufacturing processes and related IT systems such as MES, ERP, and MOM.
- Propose and implement system evolution scenarios aligned with business goals and processes.
- Ensure the optimal use of current technologies in collaboration with enterprise architecture and application vendors.
- Participate in corrective and application maintenance of IT systems.
- Facilitate knowledge retention of functional and technical aspects of IT systems.
- Engineering or IT degree (equivalent to BAC+4/5) with over 5 years of experience in production and IT projects.
- Strong expertise in MES configuration, modeling, and usage.
- Understanding of technical architectures and interest in innovation.
- Experience in document management, cybersecurity, and network (WAN/LAN) is advantageous.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to structure and present ideas effectively.
- Strong initiative and dynamic approach.
- UX sensitivity to improve operator and artisan tools.
- Comfortable working on-site with production teams.
Over 5 years of experience in production and IT, with involvement in significant projects.
Engineering or IT degree (BAC+4/5 equivalent).
