1. Contribute to the procurement strategy across various categories and ensure its implementation.
2. Develop and report on procurement performance indicators.
3. Maintain market knowledge of suppliers, identifying associated risks and opportunities.
4. Organize and manage consultations and tenders, negotiate with suppliers, and draft contracts in coordination with stakeholders and the Legal Department.
5. Propose optimization strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities in IT procurement.
6. Ensure suppliers execute contracts effectively and implement improvement measures.
7. Provide expertise and support to stakeholders, including operational advice on tools, supplier research, and assistance in drafting specifications and consultation documents.
8. Develop common tools such as tender dossiers, evaluation grids, and market analyses.
9. Promote and implement best procurement practices.
10. Encourage sustainable development initiatives.
11. Maintain long-term partnership and respect with suppliers.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of confirmed experience in a similar IT procurement role with dual expertise in software and IT services.

7. Fluent in English.
8. Proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 6 years of confirmed experience in IT procurement, with dual expertise in software and IT services.
