- Contribute to the procurement strategy across various categories and ensure its implementation.
- Develop and report on procurement performance indicators.
- Maintain market knowledge of suppliers, identifying associated risks and opportunities.
- Organize and manage consultations and tenders, negotiate with suppliers, and draft contracts in coordination with stakeholders and the Legal Department.
- Propose optimization strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities in IT procurement.
- Ensure suppliers execute contracts effectively and implement improvement measures.
- Provide expertise and support to stakeholders, including operational advice on tools, supplier research, and assistance in drafting specifications and consultation documents.
- Develop common tools such as tender dossiers, evaluation grids, and market analyses.
- Promote and implement best procurement practices.
- Encourage sustainable development initiatives.
- Maintain long-term partnership and respect with suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of confirmed experience in a similar IT procurement role with dual expertise in software and IT services.
- Strong autonomy and ability to represent Procurement internally and externally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence the organization and explain procurement processes.
- Adaptability to company culture with diplomacy, flexibility, and active listening skills.
- Rigorous organizational skills.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and strong negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 6 years of confirmed experience in IT procurement, with dual expertise in software and IT services.
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
