1. Participate in first-level support activities.
2. Maintain the hardware inventory.
3. Assist in reporting and documentation tasks.
4. Track orders and deliveries.

1. Enrollment as a student at a German university.
2. Availability to work at least two days per week (20 hours/week, more during non-lecture periods).
3. Initial experience in IT is advantageous.
4. High sense of responsibility, structured work approach, commitment, and reliability.
5. Proficiency in German and English.
