Hermès Invoice Controller

- Reconcile supplier invoices by identifying the correct orders in the M3 ERP system and ensuring their receipt.
- Document and understand discrepancies between invoices and orders by liaising with buyers and the logistics platform.
- Facilitate accurate accounting and payment of invoices by performing appropriate actions in M3 and VIM (invoice validation tool).
- Resolve aged invoices by coordinating with the Footwear team and the Financial Directorate.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and ongoing actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Propose improvements in processes, management tools, and business procedures to enhance payment timelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics or Accounting/Management (BTS or similar).
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the textile or leather goods industry.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with IT tools, with experience in M3 and SAP CO/FI being advantageous.
- Recognized for rigor, dynamism, and teamwork skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and openness to integrate quickly and effectively.
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, ideally within the textile or leather goods sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics or Accounting/Management.
