Hermès Inventory Manager

- Manage and control inventory operations, ensuring synchronization between physical and system-based product flows, including receiving, transfers, shipments, and returns.
- Oversee daily replenishment of all storage areas within the sales floor, including products and packaging.
- Monitor and close expired reservations, reintegrating them into available stock daily.
- Track and rectify negative stock levels on a daily basis.
- Manage defective products efficiently.
- Prepare and conduct stock audits and cyclical counts.
- Investigate discrepancies and contribute to final cycle count reports.
- Propose corrective actions to enhance future stock verification results.
- Contribute to the organization and optimization of product storage.
- Define and implement back and front office storage practices.
- Ensure proper implementation of storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices by all team members.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all inventory-related processes and tools, training other team members as needed.
- Actively participate in team meetings, reporting operational issues and stock-related indicators, and propose corrective actions.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
