1. Manage and control inventory operations, ensuring synchronization between physical and system-based product flows, including receiving, transfers, shipments, and returns.
2. Oversee daily replenishment of all storage areas within the sales floor, including products and packaging.
3. Monitor and close expired reservations, reintegrating them into available stock daily.
4. Track and rectify negative stock levels on a daily basis.
5. Manage defective products efficiently.
6. Prepare and conduct stock audits and cyclical counts.
7. Investigate discrepancies and contribute to final cycle count reports.
8. Propose corrective actions to enhance future stock verification results.
9. Contribute to the organization and optimization of product storage.
10. Define and implement back and front office storage practices.
11. Ensure proper implementation of storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices by all team members.
12. Develop comprehensive knowledge of all inventory-related processes and tools, training other team members as needed.
13. Actively participate in team meetings, reporting operational issues and stock-related indicators, and propose corrective actions.
