4. Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of inventory records.
5. Train and supervise inventory control staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
6. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
7. Prepare detailed reports on inventory status and discrepancies for management review.
