Inventory Control Specialist

1. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
2. Organize and participate in store cycle counts and bi-annual inventories.
3. Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated.
4. Ensure proper documentation is completed for all shipments.
5. Check in all returns against previous day’s business.
6. Print and ticket merchandise, returns, and price updates.
7. Process, record, maintain, and follow up on all aftersales service.
8. Process damages and maintain inventory for damages.
9. Work with Store Management to analyze business and replenish needs.
10. Develop inventory strategies to support the selling process and maintain warehouse standards.

1. 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a luxury environment

1. Effective written and verbal communication skills
2. Ability to effectively analyze information
3. Problem-solving skills
4. Ability to multi-task with accuracy
5. Attention to detail
6. Ability to follow both written and verbal policies and directives
7. Attention to asset protection and inventory control
8. Experience with technology to utilize internal systems and external shipping software
9. Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance

2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a luxury environment.
