Hermès Inventory Control Specialist

- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, conducting and reconciling weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories.
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments promptly, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Check in all returns against previous day's business and manage ticketing for merchandise, returns, and price updates.
- Process, record, maintain, and follow up on all aftersales services.
- Handle inventory for damages and collaborate with store management to analyze business and replenish needs.
- Develop inventory strategies to support the selling process and maintain warehouse standards daily.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively.
- Proficiency in multitasking with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with technology to utilize internal systems and external shipping software.
- Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
A minimum of two years in operational roles, with a preference for experience in luxury retail environments.
