1. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
2. Organize and participate in store cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and reconciliation with guidance from the Managing Director.
3. Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
4. Check in all returns against previous day's business.
5. Print and ticket merchandise, returns, and price updates.
6. Process, record, maintain, and follow up on all aftersales service.
7. Process damages and maintain inventory for damages.
8. Collaborate with Store Management to analyze business and replenish needs.
9. Develop inventory strategies to support the selling process and maintain warehouse standards daily.

1. 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a luxury environment.

2. Ability to effectively analyze information.
3. Problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to multi-task with accuracy.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Ability to follow both written and verbal policies and directives.
7. Attention to asset protection and inventory control.
8. Proficiency with technology to utilize internal systems and external shipping software programs.
9. Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.

A minimum of two years in operations, with a preference for experience within a luxury environment.
