Internship - Training and Internal Communication in Footwear

1. Participate in creating training and internal communication materials for global retail teams to enhance brand image and sales growth.
2. Provide relevant tools to local teams to support business growth.
3. Contribute to content creation ensuring strategic and seasonal message comprehension in the retail network.
4. Develop sales support tools for showrooms and training materials such as mini-websites, catalogs, and collection films.
5. Draft seasonal key points in French and English.
6. Engage in creative thinking and development of new training modules and materials.
7. Update and challenge existing materials.
8. Manage projects with external providers such as agencies and freelancers.
9. Contribute to the digitalization of training through e-learning creation.
10. Monitor fashion trends and conduct competitive benchmarking.

1. Student in business school, communication, or university (Bac +4/+5)
2. Fluent in English

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is a plus)

Internship for 6 months, full-time, starting from July 2025, based in Pantin, accessible via Metro Line 5 and RER.
