1. Assist in the development of decorative objects within the design team.
2. Collaborate with various departments to take projects from concept to final prototype.
3. Adapt motifs to Hermès' artisanal techniques such as leather marquetry, embroidery, hot stamping, perforation, printing, and hand painting.
4. Develop seasonal color palettes.
5. Create full-scale 3D models using paper and cardboard.
6. Produce full-scale prints and cutouts.
7. Occasionally draft plans.
8. Update and format creative communication tools including nomenclatures, color ranges, mood boards, and collection summaries.
9. Conduct iconographic research on specific topics.
10. Match colors and update the digital color library.
11. Assist in preparing project validation meetings.
12. Manage the sending and receiving of prototypes.

1. Currently a fourth-year student or higher in an applied arts school.
2. Passionate about object design and the art of living.
3. Eager to engage in a versatile role that offers exposure to various artisanal techniques and the development of decorative objects.
4. Interest and skill in composing decorations on volumes with a strong sensitivity to color.
5. Possess an artistic culture and a taste for iconography.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, meticulous, and a team player.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
2. Knowledge of Solidworks is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in applied arts is necessary.

Currently enrolled in a fourth-year or higher program at an applied arts school.
