Hermès Intern - International Window Display Documentation Assistant

- Collect and verify photo documentation for each window display as implemented across subsidiaries.
- Organize and update various dossiers, including annual retrospectives and project updates for the management.
- Enhance guidelines with photographic content and maintain a 'do's and don'ts' list.
- Conduct research to identify emerging artistic talents for potential collaboration.
- Contribute to the artist sourcing database by preparing and updating artist profiles.
- Assist in the coordination and follow-up of seasonal window display projects, including meetings and timelines.
- Support architectural projects for new store openings.
- Participate in the creation and content development of annual Window Display Seminars.
- Draft meeting reports and assist in updating artist calendars.
- Provide support for specific project follow-ups.
- Currently pursuing an education in the arts.
- Preferably experienced in archiving or documentation.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary art is essential.
- Interest in digital platforms is advantageous.
- Proficient in project management skills: flexibility, responsiveness, organization, rigor, versatility, practicality, synthesis ability, and deadline management.
- Awareness of current artistic and cultural trends with a proactive attitude.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and methodological skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Suite and/or InDesign are advantageous.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Previous experience in archiving or documentation is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in the arts.
Engagement in ethical practices, diversity, and inclusion.
