- Collect and verify photo sheets of each window display once installed in subsidiaries.
- Sort photos and complete various files such as annual retrospectives, pre-selections, and project updates.
- Supply photos for guidelines and 'do's and don'ts' lists.
- Research and monitor new artistic talents for potential inclusion in the window display artist pool.
- Contribute to the artist sourcing database by preparing and updating presentation sheets.
- Assist and follow up on seasonal window display projects.
- Support the architecture projects of new stores.
- Participate in the creation and content development of annual Window Display Seminars.
- Draft meeting reports.
- Update artist calendars.
- Assist in the follow-up of specific projects.
- Currently pursuing education in the artistic field.
- Experience as an archivist or documentalist is ideal.
- Strong knowledge of the contemporary art sector is essential.
- Interest in digital media is appreciated.
- Project management skills: flexibility, reactivity, organization, method, rigor, versatility, practical sense, synthesis ability, deadline and priority management.
- Team spirit: collective sense, listening skills, ability to motivate and coordinate actions of various stakeholders.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Suite and/or InDesign are a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
Experience in archiving or documentation is ideal.
Currently pursuing education in the artistic field.
