Hermès International Training and Client Experience Project Manager

- Develop and implement creative, engaging, and omnichannel training programs aligned with Hermès' beauty collections and market needs.
- Support new product launches and events such as 'Fêtes en Hermès' and 'L’Été en Hermès' through comprehensive training tools.
- Enhance the skills of Perfume & Beauty Ambassadors and Beauty Experts through institutional tools and integration pathways.
- Ensure cohesive client experiences by collaborating with various departments including Collection Development, Operational Marketing, Communication, E-Commerce, and Visual Merchandising.
- Structure and animate the community of Training Managers and Trainers globally, ensuring alignment with local needs and strategic priorities.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires to instill Hermès culture and beauty expertise.
- Co-develop and co-facilitate the International Training Seminar for internal and distributor trainers.
- Occasionally co-host regional seminars targeting distributor trainers or sales ambassadors.
- Monitor training activities through reporting, KPIs, and audits to assess impact and identify necessary adjustments.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product training within the cosmetics sector, preferably in makeup, in an international setting.
- Experience in retail and as a makeup artist is advantageous.
- Strong creative sensibility with the ability to structure and synthesize information.
- Proficiency in educational engineering and blended learning management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating aesthetic and engaging PowerPoint content.
- Strong project management skills with excellent relational, collaborative, organizational, and rigorous capabilities.
- Charismatic with strong storytelling abilities to effectively convey Hermès values.
- Fluent in English for daily communication with international markets.
- Creative and structured approach to training development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
A minimum of 3 years in product training within the cosmetics industry, ideally with experience in makeup and international exposure.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
