Hermès International Training and Client Experience Project Manager

- Develop pedagogical tools in collaboration with International Training and Client Experience Project Managers, including PowerPoint modules, training activities, and trainer guidelines.
- Adapt and present these tools across various channels, involving image research and content creation for Perfume.
- Collaborate with headquarters teams and markets to gather necessary content for tool development.
- Participate in updating institutional training modules for Retail induction.
- Ensure internal training modules are current with the latest updates.
- Contribute to the digital transformation of training tools via the Hermès Métier Training platform.
- Support organization of Retail and internal training sessions, including logistics management.
- Integrate tools on internal distribution platforms such as Carrousel and Agora.
- Higher education degree with initial experience in training, preferably in cosmetics and perfumes.
- International and/or Retail experience is advantageous.
- Experience in blended-learning module design is a plus.
- Fluency in English for daily communication, both written and spoken.
- Curiosity and awareness of global trends.
- Aesthetic sensitivity and product knowledge.
- Strong organizational and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Office Suite, Indesign, Canva).
Initial experience in training within the cosmetics and perfumes sector, with international and/or retail exposure preferred.
Higher education degree required.
