Internal Controller

1. Participate in updating and disseminating procedures, including training operational staff and sharing best practices.
2. Support operational teams in implementing procedures and managing operational risks.
3. Participate in general inventory processes in stores.
4. Deploy self-assessment questionnaires and analyze results to define targeted actions.
5. Conduct second-level controls on key procedures and risks.
6. Perform ad-hoc tests and analyses on key controls within the group framework.
7. Participate in internal control reviews and follow-ups.
8. Conduct continuous monitoring of major risks, including parallel markets and regulatory risks.
9. Perform data analyses and internal investigations.
10. Formalize compliance reporting.
11. Report key risk topics to the subsidiary's management.

1. Higher education (university, business school, or engineering school)
2. 5 years of successful experience in a similar role (external or internal audit, internal control, risk and compliance, etc.)

1. Attention to detail, organization, analytical and synthesis skills
2. Proficiency and interest in information systems (proficient in MS Office, VBA, knowledge of CEGID appreciated)
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and interact with diverse stakeholders, service-oriented
4. Autonomy, proactivity, and initiative

5 years of successful experience in a similar role, such as external or internal audit, internal control, risk, and compliance.

Travel within France and Monaco is expected.
