Hermès Internal Controller

- Participate in updating and disseminating procedures, including training operational staff and promoting best practices.
- Support operational teams in implementing procedures and managing operational risks.
- Participate in general inventory audits in stores.
- Deploy self-assessment questionnaires, analyze results, and define targeted actions based on findings.
- Conduct second-level controls on key procedures and risks.
- Perform ad-hoc tests and analyses on key controls within the group framework.
- Participate in internal control reviews and follow-ups.
- Establish continuous monitoring of major risks, including parallel markets and regulatory risks such as Sapin II, Anti-Money Laundering, GDPR, and CSRD.
- Conduct data analyses and internal investigations.
- Formalize compliance reporting.
- Communicate key risk topics to the subsidiary's management.
- Advanced degree from a university, business school, or engineering school.
- Successful 5-year experience in a similar role (external or internal audit, internal control, risk and compliance, etc.).
- Meticulousness, organizational skills, analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Proficiency in information systems (Office suite, VBA, CEGID knowledge appreciated).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and initiative.
- Willingness to travel within France and Monaco.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, such as external or internal audit, internal control, or risk and compliance.
Advanced degree from a university, business school, or engineering school.
