1. Assist the team by conducting analytical and process reviews.
2. Propose and establish recurring reviews using the Group Audit exception tool, MIC.
3. Provide training and necessary support to the team for the use of MIC.
4. Propose optimized and automated review processes to the team.
5. Support the internal control team on various ad hoc projects.

1. Internship experience in internal audit or finance and accounting division.
2. Experience in the retail luxury industry is a plus.

2. Diplomatic and strong communication skills (written and oral).
3. Autonomous, proactive, and organized.
4. Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented but able to quickly understand the big picture.
5. Advanced skills in Excel.
6. Appetite for digital transformation.

Internship experience in internal audit or finance and accounting division is required. Experience in the retail luxury industry is a plus.

The position is based in New York, NY, within a dynamic and expanding subsidiary of Hermès of Paris, which includes 37 boutiques and various corporate offices.
