Hermès Internal Control Specialist

- Conduct analytical and process reviews to support the Internal Control team.
- Propose and establish recurring reviews utilizing the Group Audit exception tool, MIC.
- Provide training and necessary support for the use of MIC.
- Develop optimized and automated review processes.
- Assist the internal control team with various ad hoc projects.
- Internship experience in internal audit or finance and accounting division.
- Experience in the retail luxury industry is advantageous.
- Master’s degree required.
- Strong ethical standards.
- Diplomatic with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, and organized.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to understand the bigger picture.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Interest in digital transformation.
Internship experience in internal audit or finance and accounting is required. Experience in the luxury retail industry is considered a plus.
