- Conduct internal reviews and checks.
- Perform regular store visits to review operations and propose recommendations.
- Conduct recurring controls on system reports to ensure transactions are justified and supported.
- Monitor and assist with Group questionnaires review.
- Participate in annual physical inventories to ensure compliance with Group procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Group Purchases procedures.
- Ensure compliance with laws and group requirements, including anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and data protection laws.
- Assist in the implementation of the BCP plan.
- Follow up on Group procedure updates and implement them in the local context.
- Follow up on risk mapping.
- Ensure proper segregation of duties in systems and organization in collaboration with the IT department.
- Assist before, during, and after audits performed by the Paris audit central team.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and inquiries.
- 6+ years of experience in a similar position in the retail industry or Big Four team.
- Curiosity to build knowledge and understand risks and controls.
- Effective communication and escalation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work as a business partner with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to spot, assess, and address risks.
- Adaptability to work in a changing environment.
- Positive mindset for collaboration.
- Strong ethics.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
6+ years of experience in a similar position in the retail industry or Big Four team.
Unlimited contract.
