Hermès Internal Control Assistant

- Assist in the planning and execution of internal control activities.
- Develop and continuously improve communications for financial directors and internal controllers, including newsletters, videos, podcasts, and press reviews.
- Prepare internal control events such as meetings, seminars, webinars, and roundtables.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of internal control training plans, including e-learnings and thematic open classes.
- Facilitate an information and best practices sharing platform.
- Update procedures in collaboration with various experts within the Group.
- Prepare, administer, and analyze internal control self-assessment questionnaires.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate incidents reported by different Group entities.
- Conduct transversal risk analyses for central management.
- Support the preparation of audit missions.
- Student in business school, engineering, or university (or equivalent path).
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship in audit is a plus.
- Seriousness, rigor, autonomy, and reliability.
- Initiative-taking and creativity.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and discretion.
Previous experience in audit through an internship or apprenticeship is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or university.
