- Conduct interviews to complete internal control self-assessment questionnaires.
- Perform tests to ensure the implementation of first-level controls and proper application of internal procedures.
- Review internal controls to ensure compliance with Group procedures.
- Monitor recommendations and action plans to ensure their implementation.
- Participate in inventories across various sites and formalize reports.
- Assist with supplier inventories, including interviews, inventory scheduling, and result tracking.
- Aid in the implementation and optimization of processes through interviews, documentation, and communication.
- Support the deployment of regulatory compliance measures, including anti-corruption, supplier payment terms, and GDPR.
- Enrolled in a business school, legal studies, or political science program.
- Recognized for organizational skills, rigor, and initiative.
- Curiosity and autonomy in task execution.
- Diplomacy in professional interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
Previous experience in internal control or internal audit is appreciated.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, law, or political science.
