Hermès Internal Control Assistant

- Operational deployment of internal control systems.
- Support in coordinating external and internal audit activities.
- Conducting second-level controls on various procedures, including accounting, treasury, compliance, and purchasing.
- Identifying and assessing operational risks.
- Drafting and monitoring procedures.
- Supporting operational staff in internal control on key processes such as stocks, purchases, compliance, treasury, site security, IT access, and precious metal control.
- Performing flash audits and analyses for the General Management.
- Monitoring the progress of pre-audit and post-audit action plans.
- Document collection.
- Enrolled in a business or engineering school, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- Previous successful experience in internal control, audit, or organizational consulting.
- Organized and meticulous with strong autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt to a demanding environment and manage multiple industrial topics simultaneously.
Previous experience in an internal control department, audit firm, or consulting firm is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or engineering.
