Hermès Internal Control Assistant Intern

- Provide operational support to stores, ensuring adherence to company procedures and risk management.
- Participate in updating Hermès Distribution France procedures.
- Conduct ad-hoc tests and analyses, particularly for internal control reviews.
- Act as the primary contact for store teams.
- Compile monthly reports on shrinkage, rolling inventories, exceptional movements, valuations, and other ad-hoc reports.
- Organize, prepare, and participate in general inventories and store relocations.
- Travel to various stores within the network, averaging 10 visits per semester.
- Implement procedures related to the Sapin II law, including supplier payment deadlines and third-party risk assessments.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree at a business or engineering school.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Analytical mindset and proactive approach.
- Meticulousness and organizational skills.
- Strong listening skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a preference for fieldwork.
- Proficiency in Excel (VBA skills are advantageous) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Retail sensitivity.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in retail and internal control is beneficial.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
