Hermès Internal Control Assistant Intern

- Participate in the planning and execution of internal control activities.
- Develop and continuously improve communications for financial directors and internal controllers, utilizing various media including a quarterly newsletter and videos.
- Prepare for internal control meetings and seminars.
- Facilitate an information-sharing platform and best practices database.
- Update procedures in collaboration with various experts within the Group.
- Prepare, administer, and synthesize internal control self-assessment questionnaires.
- Monitor and communicate incidents reported by different Group entities.
- Conduct cross-functional risk analyses for central management.
- Assist in preparing for audit missions.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or university (or equivalent).
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous internship experience in audit is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Seriousness, rigor, autonomy, and reliability.
- Initiative-taking and creativity.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and discretion.
Previous internship experience in audit is considered a plus.
Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or university (or equivalent).
