Hermès Internal Control Assistant Intern

- Assist in the implementation of the Internal Control Plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as data protection and anti-corruption.
- Verify adherence to Group procedures related to purchasing, treasury, IT security, human resources, and expense reports.
- Conduct regular checks on IT access controls.
- Participate in inventory processes.
- Raise awareness among operational staff about Internal Control.
- Aid in developing and implementing action plans based on audit recommendations.
- Formalize entity-specific procedures based on identified needs.
- Manage specific missions according to needs and priorities.
- Support operational staff in implementing and adhering to procedures.
- Recommend improvements to internal control and establish new operational procedures or action plans as needed.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (BAC+5) in a relevant field such as business, management, or engineering.
- Previous experience in audit, management control, or internal control is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent adaptability.
- Proficient interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in audit, management control, or internal control is a plus.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) in a relevant field.
