Internal Control Assistant Intern

1. Assist in the implementation of the Internal Control Plan.
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as data protection and anti-corruption.
3. Verify adherence to Group procedures related to purchases, treasury, IT security, HR, and expense reports.
4. Conduct regular checks on IT access.
5. Participate in inventory activities.
6. Raise awareness among operational staff about Internal Control.
7. Support the development and implementation of action plans from audit recommendations.
8. Formalize entity-specific procedures based on identified needs.
9. Manage specific missions based on needs and priorities.
10. Support operational staff in implementing and adhering to procedures.
11. Recommend improvements for internal control and implement new operational methods or action plans if necessary.

1. Student in higher education at BAC+5 level (university, business/management school, engineering school).
2. Previous experience in audit, management control, or internal control is a plus.

1. Attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Good adaptability.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with diverse profiles and cultures.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
