- Assist in the implementation of the Internal Control Plan.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as cybersecurity, data protection, anti-corruption, and supplier risks.
- Monitor adherence to Group procedures concerning IT systems, technological issues, procurement, and service providers.
- Regularly audit IT access and equipment provided.
- Support the deployment of Internal Control by educating and training operational staff on best practices related to digital challenges.
- Aid in developing and implementing action plans based on audit recommendations.
- Document specific procedures for the Digital Sales and Service entity as needed.
- Guide operational staff in implementing and adhering to Hermès' procedures.
- Conduct specific missions based on needs and priorities.
- Contribute to the development of improvement recommendations for Internal Control and, if necessary, the establishment of new operational methods or action plans.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, management, or commerce.
- Strong interest in risk management and digital challenges.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in external/internal audit, internal control, or management control is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
