1. Assist in the implementation of the Internal Control Plan.
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as cybersecurity, data protection, anti-corruption, and supplier risks.
3. Monitor adherence to Group procedures concerning IT systems, technological issues, procurement, and service providers.
4. Regularly audit IT access and equipment provided.
5. Support the deployment of Internal Control by educating and training operational staff on best practices related to digital challenges.
6. Aid in developing and implementing action plans based on audit recommendations.
7. Document specific procedures for the Digital Sales and Service entity as needed.
8. Guide operational staff in implementing and adhering to Hermès' procedures.
9. Conduct specific missions based on needs and priorities.
10. Contribute to the development of improvement recommendations for Internal Control and, if necessary, the establishment of new operational methods or action plans.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, management, or commerce.
2. Strong interest in risk management and digital challenges.
3. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Previous experience in external/internal audit, internal control, or management control is advantageous.
