- Assist in the implementation of the Internal Control Plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as data protection and anti-corruption measures.
- Monitor adherence to Group procedures related to procurement, treasury, IT security, human resources, and expense management.
- Conduct regular audits of IT access controls and participate in inventory assessments.
- Raise awareness among operational staff regarding internal control processes.
- Support the development and execution of action plans based on audit recommendations.
- Formalize specific procedures for Hermès International as needed.
- Propose enhancements to internal control measures and implement new operational procedures or action plans when necessary.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (BAC+5) in a relevant field such as business, management, or engineering.
- Previous experience in audit, management control, or internal control is advantageous.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
- Ability to convey accurate and relevant information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Competency in other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in audit, management control, or internal control is beneficial but not mandatory.
Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) in business, management, or engineering.
