1. Assist in the implementation of the Internal Control Plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as data protection and anti-corruption measures.
2. Monitor adherence to Group procedures related to procurement, treasury, IT security, human resources, and expense management.
3. Conduct regular audits of IT access controls and participate in inventory assessments.
4. Raise awareness among operational staff regarding internal control processes.
5. Support the development and execution of action plans based on audit recommendations.
6. Formalize specific procedures for Hermès International as needed.
7. Propose enhancements to internal control measures and implement new operational procedures or action plans when necessary.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (BAC+5) in a relevant field such as business, management, or engineering.
2. Previous experience in audit, management control, or internal control is advantageous.

2. Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
3. Ability to convey accurate and relevant information.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
6. Competency in other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).

Prior experience in audit, management control, or internal control is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) in business, management, or engineering.
