- Oversee internal control and risk management within the company, ensuring compliance with Group procedures and local regulations.
- Manage the Internal Audit Action Follow-up process, collaborating with various business areas to implement audit actions promptly.
- Provide status updates to the Senior Internal Control Manager and Finance Director.
- Conduct monthly second-level control reviews using data analysis.
- Continuously improve monthly reporting processes.
- Assist in store audits, including e-commerce, and audits of other business areas such as warehouses and showrooms.
- Support compliance reviews reported to the Group.
- Assist with stocktakes and public sale operations.
- Report incidents to the Group.
- Act as an ambassador for Internal Control, raising awareness across the business.
- Provide guidance on key policies and procedures.
- Experience in an internal audit or similar role within a multinational group or Big 4 accounting firm.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with Power BI skills preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.
- Confidence, dedication, and personal initiative.
- Creativity and agility.
- Knowledge of information systems and data analysis, with CEGID knowledge as a plus.
- Experience in retail preferred.
