1. Oversee internal control and risk management within the company, ensuring compliance with Group procedures and local regulations.
2. Manage the Internal Audit Action Follow-up process, collaborating with various business areas to implement audit actions promptly.
3. Provide status updates to the Senior Internal Control Manager and Finance Director.
4. Conduct monthly second-level control reviews using data analysis.
5. Continuously improve monthly reporting processes.
6. Assist in store audits, including e-commerce, and audits of other business areas such as warehouses and showrooms.
7. Support compliance reviews reported to the Group.
8. Assist with stocktakes and public sale operations.
9. Report incidents to the Group.
10. Act as an ambassador for Internal Control, raising awareness across the business.
11. Provide guidance on key policies and procedures.

1. Experience in an internal audit or similar role within a multinational group or Big 4 accounting firm.
2. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with Power BI skills preferred.
4. Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.
5. Confidence, dedication, and personal initiative.
6. Creativity and agility.
7. Knowledge of information systems and data analysis, with CEGID knowledge as a plus.
8. Experience in retail preferred.
9. French language skills desirable.
