1. Develop communication materials for the launch of new projects or events within the Operations Department, including PowerPoint presentations, video editing, and graphic elements creation.
2. Assist in organizing the annual seminar by creating communication supports such as graphics, presentations, videos, badges, and booklets, while coordinating with suppliers.
3. Support the team in ensuring communication materials are harmonized in accordance with the team's graphic charter.

1. Currently enrolled in a Communication/Design school program.
2. Fluent in French with proficiency in English.

1. Expertise in communication, design, and video editing techniques.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
3. Skilled in design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as visual creation tools and video editing software.
4. Team-oriented with a strong sense of service, detail, and aesthetics.
5. Creative, proactive, and able to offer innovative solutions.

No specific experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in communication or design are advantageous.

Enrolled in a Communication or Design program.
