- Co-animate monthly editorial committees for the 'My HTH' application.
- Manage the editorial calendar, including scheduling and planning contributor content.
- Coordinate and support the community of content creators.
- Adapt, format, and integrate content into the application.
- Monitor KPIs related to the application.
- Oversee and support the use of video conferencing meeting rooms.
- Develop user manuals for deployed services.
- Organize training sessions related to digital citizenship.
- Participate in the Digital Citizenship Steering Committee.
- Contribute to the development of internal communication strategies.
- Compile and analyze information from HR representatives across sites.
- Collaborate with headquarters to harmonize internal communication practices.
- Conduct benchmarking with Alliance & Territoires.
- Draft the ambition framework note.
- Disseminate announcements through various internal communication channels.
- Maintain the LinkedIn page and highlight events across different sites.
- Animate the internal communication ambassadors group to gather information.
- Create notifications for upcoming events.
- Track Hermès' news at headquarters and across France to share the Hermès experience.
- Develop virtual reality training modules to share the maison's savoir-faire.
- Work on employee integration pathways.
- Collaborate on pre-boarding and onboarding processes in line with Group guidelines.
- Currently enrolled in a school or university with a specialization in communication and/or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and responsiveness.
- Autonomy and excellent oral and written communication.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Service-oriented mindset.
No specific experience required, but relevant educational background is necessary.
Currently pursuing a degree in communication or human resources.
