1. Assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies.
2. Support the creation of content for internal newsletters and communication platforms.
3. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
4. Help organize internal events and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
5. Monitor and analyze feedback from internal communications to improve future strategies.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in internal communications and human resources.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

No prior experience required, but any experience in communications or HR is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
