1. Assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies.
2. Support the HR team in organizing and promoting internal events and activities.
3. Create engaging content for internal newsletters and communication platforms.
4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
5. Monitor and analyze feedback from internal communication initiatives to improve future strategies.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in internal communications and HR practices.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

No prior experience required, though previous internships in communications or HR are advantageous.

Pursuing a degree in Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
