Hermès Internal Communication Assistant

- Assist in the preparation of events and seminars, including the preparation of listings, shipment and return of materials, and logistical coordination.
- Coordinate the development of editorial tools for various events.
- Participate in the communication efforts of the department by organizing meetings related to different projects and creating diverse PowerPoint presentations and iconographic research.
- Source materials and anticipate equipment needs based on project briefs.
- Currently enrolled in higher education (communication, business) or university (Bachelor's to Master's level), specializing in communication.
- At least one prior professional experience in communication (event management, project management).
- Recognized for rigor, open-mindedness, curiosity, enthusiasm, and proactivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a multi-project environment.
- Flexibility with working hours when necessary.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in IT tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
At least one prior professional experience in communication, particularly in event management or project management.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's to Master's level program in communication or business.
