1. Assist project managers in organizing events to promote company values and culture.
2. Provide operational and logistical support for events and seminars.
3. Prepare listings and manage the shipment and return of materials.
4. Handle logistical arrangements such as reservations, transport, and hotel bookings.
5. Oversee printing and distribution of materials.
6. Organize meetings related to various projects.
7. Create PowerPoint presentations and conduct iconographic research.
8. Source materials and plan equipment needs based on project briefs.

1. Student in higher education (communication, business) or university (BAC +3 to BAC +5) specializing in communication.
2. Previous professional experience in communication is a plus (event management, project management).
3. Recognized for open-mindedness, curiosity, enthusiasm, and proactivity.
4. Good interpersonal skills and comfortable in a multi-project environment.
5. Fluent in English and proficient in IT tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

A first professional experience in communication is advantageous.

Student in higher education (communication, business) or university (BAC +3 to BAC +5) specializing in communication.

Internship contract for 6 months starting from March 2024, based in Paris.
