Internal Communication Assistant Intern

1. Support the creation and layout of the internal newsletter distributed to 6,500 employees using InDesign.
2. Adapt newsletter and intranet content for internal communication screens at various sites.
3. Assist in organizing internal events, including creating invitations and coordinating logistics.
4. Engage with various service providers for quotes and creative follow-ups.
5. Support the animation of the communication relay community, including meeting topics, slide creation, and seminar organization.
6. Develop communication templates for site screens and create user guides for the distribution tool.

1. Enrolled in a Communication or Graphic Design school or equivalent.
2. Experience in internal or external communication.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
3. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
4. Creative sensitivity and graphic eye.
5. Autonomy, rigor, and organization.
6. Curiosity, responsiveness, and flexibility.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and human qualities.

Experience in internal or external communication is required.

Enrolled in a Communication or Graphic Design school or equivalent.

Internship for 6 months, full-time, starting from September 2025.
