Hermès Internal Communication Assistant Intern

- Assist in organizing internal events, including attending project meetings and site visits.
- Support the management of relationships with internal departments and external service providers.
- Aid in the logistical organization of events and provide on-site support during events.
- Collaborate on the development of an event database, including information referencing and liaising with venues.
- Prepare and upload materials to the event platform, and create guides for event organizers.
- Currently enrolled in a business or communication school (Bachelor's +4/+5).
- Previous experience in event project management with a strong interest in digital media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
Prior experience in event project management is required.
Pursuing a degree in business or communication (Bachelor's +4/+5).
