- Assist in organizing events within the Internal Communication Department.
- Participate in project meetings and site visits.
- Support the management of relationships with internal departments and external service providers.
- Contribute to the logistics organization for events.
- Collaborate on creating an event database, including gathering and uploading information.
- Help prepare materials and guides for event organizers.
- Student in business or communication school (BAC +4/+5).
- First experience in event project management.
- Strong interest in digital tools.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, organization, patience, initiative, and adaptability.
First experience in event project management is required.
Student in business or communication school (BAC +4/+5).
