Internal Communication and Event Assistant Intern

1. Assist in organizing events within the Internal Communication Department.
2. Participate in project meetings and site visits.
3. Support the management of relationships with internal departments and external service providers.
4. Contribute to the logistics organization for events.
5. Collaborate on creating an event database, including gathering and uploading information.
6. Help prepare materials and guides for event organizers.

1. Student in business or communication school (BAC +4/+5).
2. First experience in event project management.
3. Strong interest in digital tools.

1. Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to interact with various stakeholders.
3. Attention to detail, organization, patience, initiative, and adaptability.

First experience in event project management is required.

Student in business or communication school (BAC +4/+5).
