1. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate and mergers and acquisitions.
2. Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing projects.
3. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Participate in meetings and provide insights on legal matters.
5. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Law or related field.
2. Strong understanding of real estate and M&A legal principles.
3. Proficiency in legal research and analysis.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant coursework or internships in real estate or M&A law are advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a Law degree program.
