Intern - Product Assistant for Key Commercial Periods & Customer Experience

1. Participate in the creative development of campaign concepts, gift offers, and Perfume & Beauty animations.
2. Analyze key commercial periods and retail experiences, including market studies and trend analysis.
3. Create offers and experiences aligned with the adopted strategy, including agency briefs and concept writing.
4. Collaborate with industrial teams for packaging development, purchasing, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
5. Work with 360 teams to integrate digital devices in stores and support CRM briefs.
6. Manage technical development of tools with industrial teams, including supplier contacts and document management.
7. Update forecast listings, create references, and manage budget adherence.
8. Prepare international animation guidelines and adapt concepts for local markets.
9. Compile and analyze feedback from international animations.

1. Student in a Master's program at a Business School, IFM, IAE, University, or equivalent.
2. First successful 6-month experience in a similar role is appreciated.
3. Passion for the perfume and beauty sectors.
4. Affinity for customer experience, with retail experience as a plus.
