HermèsIntern - Assistant Key Account Manager

- Conduct monthly analysis of Sell In for France & Benelux clients using predefined KPIs.
- Perform weekly and monthly Sell Out analysis for the top 3 French retailers.
- Monitor annual launches for Sell In and Sell Out to optimize sales performance.
- Track stock levels and shortages.
- Analyze and monitor promotional tools such as testers and free samples.
- Define trade objectives per retailer and communicate them to the sales force.
- Manage operational aspects of sales incentives.
- Oversee new product listings for French retailers.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team for digital assets.
- Ensure proper listing of new products and gift sets in both physical and online stores.
- Compile merchandising anomalies and alerts to maintain brand image and visibility.
- Manage point-of-sale merchandising materials.
- Monitor digital distribution across all retailers.
- Manage the opening and closing process of sales points.
- Communicate with the field team.
- Assist in preparing strategic meetings with Sell In and Sell Out analyses.
- Develop tools to support the field team in implementing Hermès strategy at each sales point.
- Organize events based on retailer activities.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
- Previous successful experience of 6 months in a similar role, preferably with a commercial or analytical focus.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Dynamic with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
A previous successful experience of 6 months in a similar role, ideally with a commercial or analytical focus, is highly appreciated.
Student in Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
