Hermès Assistant Key Account Manager Intern

- Conduct monthly analysis of Sell In figures for France & Benelux clients according to predefined KPIs.
- Perform weekly and monthly Sell Out analysis for the top three French retailers to adjust strategic actions.
- Monitor annual launches to optimize revenue management.
- Track stock levels and manage stock shortages.
- Analyze and track promotional tools such as testers and complimentary items.
- Define trade objectives per retailer and communicate them to the sales force.
- Manage operational aspects of sales incentives.
- Oversee new product listings and collaborate with the e-commerce team for digital assets.
- Ensure proper listing of new products in both physical and e-commerce channels.
- Compile merchandising anomalies and alerts to maintain brand image and visibility.
- Manage point-of-sale merchandising materials.
- Track digital distribution across all retailers.
- Handle the opening and closing processes of retail points.
- Assist in preparing strategic meetings with Sell In and Sell Out analyses.
- Develop tools to support the field team in aligning with Hermès' strategy.
- Communicate updates to sector managers via field software and newsletters.
- Support event organization based on retailer activities.
- Previous successful experience of 6 months in a similar role, preferably with a commercial or analytical focus.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent program.
- Organized, meticulous, and capable of managing daily priorities.
- Dynamic, with a strong affinity for numbers and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.

A minimum of 6 months in a similar commercial or analytical role is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IAE, University, or equivalent.
