Hermès Intellectual Property Legal Intern

- Assist in the validation and legal safeguarding of projects across various departments, including Leather Goods, Ready-to-Wear, Fashion Accessories, Shoes, Jewelry, and Equestrian divisions.
- Conduct and analyze prior art searches both domestically and internationally.
- Implement and monitor brand release actions, including cancellation and coexistence actions.
- Draft and manage intellectual property rights transfer agreements for new projects and products.
- Oversee the registration procedures for industrial property rights, handling notifications and third-party oppositions.
- Monitor and defend intellectual property rights through oppositions, cancellation actions, and other legal proceedings.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation files related to intellectual property.
- Provide counsel and support to operational teams on intellectual property law matters.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of successful internship experience in a corporate or law firm setting, particularly in intellectual property law.
- Dynamic, pragmatic, and highly organized with a strong ability to adapt, react, and maintain rigor.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the capability to quickly become autonomous and uphold confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal databases.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
At least 6 months of internship experience in intellectual property law within a corporate or legal environment.
Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or equivalent, either completed or in progress.
