Hermès Intellectual Property Legal Intern

- Collaborate with the legal and operational teams on intellectual property matters, including the validation of artistic, cultural, and event projects.
- Draft, negotiate, and validate intellectual property rights transfer contracts with creators and event contracts.
- Conduct prior art searches and provide advisory services to operational teams.
- Draft, negotiate, and validate various contractual documents, including sponsorship, partnership, service provision, equipment purchase, manufacturing, and IT contracts.
- Conduct regulatory and case law monitoring in intellectual property and business law.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Intellectual Property/Information Technology and Communication Law (Master 2) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of successful internship experience in a company or law firm, particularly in intellectual property/contract law.
- Dynamic, pragmatic, and highly organized with a strong desire to engage in an apprenticeship contract.
- Ability to demonstrate adaptability, responsiveness, and rigor.
- Strong team spirit and ability to quickly become autonomous while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficient in IT tools (Word, Excel, legal databases) and fluent in written and spoken English.
At least 6 months of internship experience in intellectual property or contract law within a corporate or law firm setting.
Master's degree in Intellectual Property/Information Technology and Communication Law (Master 2) or equivalent.
