Hermès Institutional Communication Project Assistant Intern

- Analyze requests, identify objectives and key messages, and participate in the development of strategic and creative briefs.
- Define project specifications and coordinate the project team, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Assist communication teams in Paris and subsidiaries, as well as internal and external creative talents, in concept development.
- Support the management from conception to delivery of projects, including institutional events and print and digital communication tools.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective communication of institutional messages with activation teams (media, press, social networks).
- Monitor the production of deliverables and identify risks, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Create and share project guidelines and coordinate the logistical dispatch of product kits to subsidiaries.
- Conduct activity reporting and order communication tools from various entities.
- Perform daily competitive intelligence and strategically analyze current trends applicable to the house's communication projects.
- Master's level student in fashion, communication, business school, or university with a specialization in communication seeking a rich and formative internship.
- Previous professional experience in communication (event management, project management, agency, or advertiser).
- Versatile and methodical, capable of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomatic.
- Attuned to the world, with an interest in luxury sectors and new technologies. Knowledge of social media and media is a plus.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Windows Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Mastery of a second foreign language is an advantage.
