Hermès Innovation Intern - Fashion Accessories

- Assist the Director of Innovation and the Innovation Project Manager in the innovation process for materials and savoir-faire within Fashion Accessories, focusing on administrative, organizational, and data management tasks.
- Participate in the animation of materials from the innovation cell and contribute to the material qualification databases throughout projects and new developments.
- Actively engage in Hermès' Innovation Exploration and Development initiatives, serving as a communication conduit for material and technology characteristics while respecting existing and future supplier networks.
- Prepare and support various Innovation and Development presentation campaigns for Fashion Accessories, including project tracking and animation.
- Draft, animate, validate, and disseminate new material and savoir-faire sheets.
- Digitally manage the tracking of material and savoir-faire innovations.
- Participate in the codification of materials, deliverables, and services.
- Receive, store, and manage various services.
- Establish and maintain the history of material and savoir-faire qualification tests.
- Contribute to the establishment of a material library.
- Conduct regular innovation monitoring.
- Student in an engineering school, specializing in materials or mechanics.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity and technological sensitivity
- Strong understanding of materials and quality
- Proficiency in standard office software
- Dynamic and responsive with a team-oriented mindset
No prior professional experience required, but a background in materials or mechanical engineering is preferred.
Currently enrolled in an engineering program specializing in materials or mechanics.
