Hermès Infrastructure Technician

- Oversee the commissioning and monitoring of new equipment during the construction of a new building at the Noirmont site.
- Manage and maintain technical infrastructures, coordinating with external contractors for technical installations and managing maintenance contracts.
- Participate in the management of technical premises and ensure compliance with industrial waste disposal regulations in collaboration with the EHS department.
- Ensure the optimal functioning of production-dedicated installations and equipment, including ventilation, electricity, gas, and water systems, and report on energy consumption.
- Conduct building maintenance and internal/external layout, including internal relocations and necessary repairs.
- Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of home automation systems.
- Perform sanitation and maintenance work on technical installations such as heating, sanitation, ventilation, compressed air, and vacuum systems.
- Provide and recover equipment necessary for the routine maintenance of CNC machines, ensuring their operational state and participating in various technical projects.
- Perform occasional work during summer closures and outside production hours.
- CFC automation technician or ES technician in building technology.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Proficiency in building electricity (OIBT certification is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of refrigerant fluids and mastery of building-oriented home automation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic plans and diagrams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trust with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Recognized for responsibility, open-mindedness, and service orientation.
- Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, initiative, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; English and German are advantageous.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
CFC automation technician or ES technician in building technology.
