Infrastructure Technician

1. Oversee the commissioning and monitoring of new equipment for a new building project.
2. Manage and maintain technical infrastructure in collaboration with the supervisor.
3. Organize and coordinate work with external companies related to site installations.
4. Handle maintenance contracts and ensure compliance with industrial waste disposal standards.
5. Ensure the proper functioning of production-related installations and equipment.
6. Report on energy consumption.
7. Conduct building maintenance and internal/external arrangements.
8. Perform necessary repairs and manage home automation system maintenance.
9. Carry out sanitation and maintenance work on technical installations.
10. Provide and recover equipment necessary for CNC machine maintenance.
11. Participate in technical projects and occasional work during non-production hours.

1. CFC automation technician or ES technician in building technology.
2. At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector.

1. Expertise in building electricity (OIBT certification is a plus).
2. Basic knowledge of refrigerant fluids.
3. Proficiency in building automation and home automation.
4. Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic plans and diagrams.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with various stakeholders.
6. Sense of responsibility, open-mindedness, and service orientation.
7. Rigor, autonomy, initiative, and teamwork.

At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector.

CFC automation technician or ES technician in building technology.
