1. Oversee the commissioning and monitoring of new equipment during the construction of a new building at the Noirmont site.
2. Manage and maintain technical infrastructures, coordinating with external contractors for technical installations and managing maintenance contracts.
3. Participate in the management of technical premises and ensure compliance with industrial waste disposal regulations in collaboration with the EHS department.
4. Ensure the optimal functioning of production-dedicated installations and equipment, including ventilation, electricity, gas, and water systems, and report on energy consumption.
5. Conduct building maintenance and internal/external layout, including internal relocations and necessary repairs.
6. Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of home automation systems.
7. Perform sanitation and maintenance work on technical installations such as heating, sanitation, ventilation, compressed air, and vacuum systems.
8. Provide and recover equipment necessary for the routine maintenance of CNC machines, ensuring their operational state and participating in various technical projects.
9. Perform occasional work during summer closures and outside production hours.

1. CFC automation technician or ES technician in building technology.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector.
3. Proficiency in building electricity (OIBT certification is a plus).
4. Basic knowledge of refrigerant fluids and mastery of building-oriented home automation.

1. Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic plans and diagrams.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trust with various internal and external stakeholders.
3. Recognized for responsibility, open-mindedness, and service orientation.
4. Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, initiative, and teamwork skills.
5. Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; English and German are advantageous.

At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.

CFC automation technician or ES technician in building technology.
