1. Lead and develop a team of technology solutions architects.
2. Ensure workload distribution and quality across the team.
3. Coordinate and animate architecture design workshops with partners.
4. Analyze existing IT architectures.
5. Draft architecture solution documents and framework guidelines.
6. Participate in and lead architecture committees.
7. Supervise and validate build phases to ensure architectural compliance.
8. Map the technological landscape of the IT system.
9. Industrialize team activities and create reusable patterns.

1. Technical and/or management degree.
2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in infrastructure solutions architecture and product management.

1. Proficiency in classical application design, infrastructure, security, networking, and cloud technologies.
2. Ability to lead multi-party projects in a complex, dynamic environment.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Comfortable discussing and simplifying current infrastructure innovations (Cloud, CICD, Containers, DevSecOps).

At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure solutions architecture and product management, with involvement in significant projects as a Solutions Architect.

Technical and/or management degree.
