Hermès Infrastructure Project Manager Intern

- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of a portfolio of strategic projects for Hermès Parfum & Beauté.
- Coordinate internal and external teams within the IT and Digital departments.
- Lead and coordinate the selection of technical solutions.
- Manage the drafting of comprehensive project documentation.
- Oversee project execution and provide technical expertise across IT projects.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and implemented solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Identify and report project risks, proposing mitigation plans.
- Define and monitor project budgets with the supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and roadmaps.
- Define, prepare, and lead project governance.
- Ensure smooth post-Go Live hypercare and transition to operational run.
- Enhance and support infrastructure in collaboration with Hermès Group IT teams through reporting and performance indicators.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (BAC +5) in engineering or equivalent university education.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure (Network, VMWare, Windows Servers, Cisco, Fortinet).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team-oriented with strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving oriented, methodical, and adaptable to various situations and stakeholders.
No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with infrastructure and project management is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
The internship offers an opportunity to work in a prestigious luxury brand, with exposure to strategic projects and collaboration with experienced professionals. Travel between Val de Reuil and Paris is included.
