Hermès Industrialization Specialist

- Collaborate with the Studio and product managers to gather comprehensive information for product structure development.
- Create technical dossiers for products intended for manufacturers and quality control service providers.
- Participate in product standardization and initiate prototypes according to the production schedule and commercial requirements.
- Validate prototypes and initiate their production launch.
- Ensure compliance of initial production batches and authorize production deliveries.
- Work closely with manufacturers, reporting issues to management.
- Maintain partnerships with manufacturers and subcontractors, with travel required up to twice a month to France and Italy.
- Coordinate actions with production team members, including quality, purchasing, and supply teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards for men's ready-to-wear products.
- Provide detailed reporting to management on project progress, adhering to production schedules.
- Manage the stock of collection models loaned to manufacturers for standardization.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a similar high-end and demanding environment.
- Proven expertise in garment development and product sensitivity, ideally with a BTS in Fashion Design or Industrial Design.
- Meticulousness, responsiveness, and flexibility.
- Ability to prioritize and adhere to production schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with PLM tools.
A minimum of 6 years in a similar high-end and demanding environment is required.
BTS in Fashion Design or Industrial Design is preferred.
